This training offers the skills required for a person-centred coaching approach, showing you how to use both directive and non-directive techniques in a way that feels natural & supportive. You’ll explore how ‘ego states’ influence the way we communicate, & why trust, rapport, & gentle challenge are at the heart of meaningful, person-centred conversations.
