Mission
To work alongside people, communities and organisations to create the conditions for meaningful change. Through relationships, participation and reflective practice, I help systems become more human, more ethical and more capable of learning with the people they serve.
My Living Values
Community-defined
The people closest to an issue hold knowledge that no professional framework can replace. I start by listening and supporting communities to define what matters, rather than assuming the answers already exist.
Relationship-centred
Relationships are not the soft part of systems change; they are the infrastructure that makes change possible. I invest in trust, curiosity, repair and connection before rushing to solutions.
Ethically held
Participation should never extract people's time, stories or trauma without honesty about power and influence. I believe in transparency, accessibility, accountability and doing no harm.
Shared Power
Real participation means more than being invited into the room. It means creating the conditions where decisions can genuinely be shaped together and where different forms of knowledge are equally valued.
Learning Together
Complex problems cannot be solved through certainty alone. I bring curiosity, reflection and continuous learning to every partnership, recognising that meaningful change emerges through adaptation rather than control.
