I work with an anti-oppressive, anti-racist lens in everything I do. This isn’t a buzzword it’s the foundation for just, lasting change.

3. Systems Change Starts from the Ground Up

Real change doesn’t come from tweaking policies. It comes from shifting mindsets, structures, and relationships. I’m here for the long haul.

4. Co-Design is Collaboration, Not Consultation

We build together, that means sharing power, creating space, and designing processes that work for everyone, not just those in the room.

5. Accountability Means Being Willing to Change

We own our mistakes, celebrate growth, and always invite feedback. This work demands reflection and resilience.
