I work alongside communities, public services and voluntary organisations to humanise systems change through relationships, participation and collective learning. My work is about creating the conditions where people can genuinely share power, shape decisions and build a different future together.
Why work with me?
With over twenty years' experience across health, education, social care, local government and the voluntary sector, I combine systems thinking with practical facilitation, coaching and community development. I support organisations to develop the relationships, culture and confidence needed to sustain change long after a project has finished.
Lasting change happens when trust is built, power is shared more honestly and communities are recognised as partners.

Meaningful change depends on more than structures, strategies and plans. It depends on the quality of the relationships that hold them together.
A Relational Infrastructure/Organisational Insight Review is a listening process and facilitated conversation that helps organisations, partnerships and communities pause and understand the human conditions that make collaboration and change possible.
Together we'll explore your existing relational infrastructure – the network of relationships, trust, shared purpose and ways of working that enable people to collaborate, navigate difference and create meaningful change.
Where further support is helpful, I can also offer coaching, facilitation and restorative conversations. But my aim is always the same: to leave your organisation better equipped to nurture and sustain its own relational infrastructure long after I've stepped away.
