With over twenty years' experience across health, education, social care, local government and the voluntary sector, I combine systems thinking with practical facilitation, coaching and community development. I support organisations to develop the relationships, culture and confidence needed to sustain change long after a project has finished.
Lasting change happens when trust is built, power is shared more honestly and communities are recognised as partners.

Every piece of work is shaped by the people, relationships and context around it. Sometimes that's a one-off conversation, sometimes it's a long-term partnership. Whatever the starting point, my role is to help create the conditions where meaningful change can emerge.

Whether you're navigating SEND reform, service transformation or community development, I help create the relational infrastructure needed for change to take root and last.

Holding conversations that build understanding, navigate conflict and strengthen relationships.
Sometimes groups need space to think together. Sometimes they need support to navigate disagreement or rebuild trust after difficult experiences.
I facilitate conversations that are psychologically safe, inclusive and focused on shared understanding, helping people move from fixed positions towards collective purpose.

Training, coaching and reflective practice that embeds relational ways of working.
I design and deliver bespoke learning that strengthens relational practice across systems.
